Lot 11 is a 10 acre square parcel located at the north rim and offers outstanding views to the north, east and west including views of Mt. Spokane. The parcel has a level and spacious building site located near the north rim. It is comprised of rolling grasslands on the top portion of the site and forested slopes off the north rim. Lots 9, 10, and 11 are to be accessed by a private spur driveway off of Latah Ridge Lane.

A one-time road assessment of $13,500 will be due upon certification of Latah Ridge Lane by Spokane County (gravel surface) and a one-time utility extension assessement of $6,500 will be due upon completion of the underground utilities to the site (power and phone). Paving of Latah Ridge Lane is not currently planned or funded but may be undertaken by owners in the future following the guidelines set forth in the Latah Ridge Road Maintenance Agreement.
