* Pricing noted above is current pricing for the parcel "as-is" and does not include road improvement costs, utility installation costs, or well drilling. A one-time road assessment of $13,500 will be due upon certification of Latah Ridge Lane by Spokane County (gravel surface) and a one-time utility extension assessement of $6,500 will be due upon completion of the underground utilities to the site (power and phone). Paving of Latah Ridge Lane is not currently planned or funded but may be undertaken by owners in the future following the guidelines set forth in the Latah Ridge Road Maintenance Agreement.
